What counts as a booking
One flight reservation (single PNR or multi-PNR, including return legs) is one booking. One hotel reservation is one booking. A flight + hotel together is two bookings. Cancelled bookings don't generate per-booking fees AND don't generate refunds of per-booking fees if cancellation happens after invoice.
Payment terms
New Companies prepay. Once you have three invoices paid on time, we extend Net-14 credit with a €5,000 ceiling. After six clean invoices, the ceiling raises to €15,000. Case-by-case beyond that.
SEPA Direct Debit (EU), wire transfer, or credit card (with 1.5% surcharge for processing). Cheques and cash not accepted.
What's NOT included
- Custom integrations beyond Enterprise default — quoted separately.
- Manual operator interventions outside normal booking flow — €120/hr.
- Sub-processor fees (Duffel, Stripe, Anthropic, Render) — absorbed into the monthly fee. Never separately invoiced.
Plan changes + cancellation
Upgrade takes effect immediately, pro-rated. Downgrade takes effect on the next billing cycle. Cancellation is effective on the last day of the current cycle — no refunds for partial months. Your data is retained for 7 years for audit / tax purposes, then deleted (subject to legal-hold exceptions).
Currency + tax
Pricing is in EUR. UK / US Companies are welcome — you absorb FX on your side. Multi-currency invoicing is on the roadmap. VAT applied per Cyprus + recipient-country rules.
